**What do you like best about vFairs?**

simple to navigate. The team is highly responsive and adaptable, quickly understanding our needs and finding effective solutions whenever required.

However, what truly stands out about vFairs is their team. They consistently demonstrate an exceptional willingness to help, providing strong support to ensure the event runs as smoothly and successfully as possible.

A special mention goes to our project manager, Muhammad Yaqshan, who was always available to assist us, even during the most stressful moments. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a significant difference in the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Overall, we had a very positive experience using vFairs for our conferences. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and quick to learn, which made both the setup and user experience smooth for our team and attendees.

UI / UX

The interface is clean and user-friendly. Attendees were able to navigate the platform easily without much guidance, which reduced the need for support during the event.

Integrations

We did not experience any issues with integrations. The platform adapted well to our needs and workflows.

The system performed reliably throughout our events, with no significant technical issues. The platform remained stable even during peak usage.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I really appreciated vFairs for helping us set up the conference. They provided the whole infrastructure and were very helpful in setting everything up, responding quickly to any question we had. They helped us live during the event, ready to address any issue swiftly and on time. The attendees were impressed with the platform, finding it different and refreshing compared to tools like Zoom, Google, and Teams. I also found their video tutorials and instructions very helpful in navigating the platform.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Nothing really not to like. It could be made a bit easier for attendees to navigate the platform. However this was our first event. the next time I would add an information board in the lobby - and this is something vfair certainly would help with in setting it up.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I really appreciated how the vFairs team was extremely helpful and fully engaged. They allowed us to be as hands-on as we preferred but were always eager to help. The training provided was good, and they answered inquiries and questions in a timely manner, providing live support during the event. I liked the ease of email communications, the built-in surveys, games, and reporting. The analytics dashboard was very useful for tracking registration numbers, allowing us to see registrations in real time grouped by registrant type and get a general overview of how registration was progressing. Also, the initial setup of vFairs was very easy; I participated and built a lot of it myself, and provided continuing modifications. We used features like online registration support, agenda management, speaker profiles, networking between attendees, streamlined communication to registrants, a mobile app, session control, and sophisticated reporting. Additionally, I found the live updates and downloadable reports to be exceptionally useful.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We could get more notification when they were doing updates to their system. This was frustrating during the build. The size limitation on handouts is small for some of the presentations, and the system wasn't designed to accommodate downloads. I think that should be a customizable feature. Sometimes the instructions were not updated timely in the help section.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFairs supports our education conference with online registration, agenda management, speaker profiles, attendee networking, communication, and a mobile app. It gives us session control, sophisticated reporting, and real-time registration insights, making management easy and efficient.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

What I love most about vFairs is its ease of integration (adaptation) and ease of use. They seamlessly integrated all our requests. Unlike other firms where Turkish language support was often lacking, vFairs delivered a fully Turkish platform and quickly implemented our customized features.

Crucially, your technical and PM support was outstanding. The entire team worked tirelessly, providing incredibly fast responses (day and night) which is essential for a time-sensitive application. This level of dedication is a massive advantage, as other companies often restricted us to their standard business hours for even basic communication. This is why vFairs is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The main dislike is the import/export functionality. Exporting big data (Agenda, Attendees, Sessions) as CSV creates many issues, especially on Windows (language issue or ","";"issue). Switching to XLSX format would be a significant improvement. Additionally, exported files are not readily importable, as the headers between export and import processes are inconsistent and require substantial manual changes.

The second weak point is mobile management. While the core backend is strong, the administrative app is limited, offering little more than check-in features. Since the main backend page isn't mobile-responsive, event managers are essentially required to have a PC during the event for full control.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simultaneous Session Management: It effectively solved the complex issue of directing and managing participants across 4simultaneous (total 20 session per day) training sessions in different halls, ensuring smooth event flow.

Localization & Customization: It overcame the widespread issue of poor language support by providing a fully Turkish platform and rapidly integrating every customized feature we requested.

Critical Communication: The system successfully handled our vital need for timely participant engagement through mobile notifications and email campaigns.

24/7 Operational Assurance: The dedicated technical and PM teams provided incredibly fast, around-the-clock support, a massive advantage that ensured our time-sensitive application ran without interruption, unlike competitors who adhered strictly to business hours.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The support I received from Yaqshan and the team was excellent.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We weren’t able to handle scheduling in an easy way; it felt too complicated, and there wasn’t a quick overview of the sessions that were already booked. Making changes to items is also time-consuming—I’d suggest having the option to amend things in bulk (the agenda, for example). The system also has some bugs. For instance, when trying to limit the capacity of a session, I would select the “capacity” tab, but it would close and take me back up to the session description. Then I’d have to scroll down again and reopen the tab to enter the maximum capacity, and it would repeat the same process again.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an app for an event and that was solved but we did encounter some challenges along the way. I understand vFairs as a suite would make more sense but as a standalone app the process felt over complicated.

So although not everything is ready today, the pace of development gives us confidence that the platform is steadily moving toward its full potential.

What I like best about vFairs is the exceptional support. My project manager Ahmed Sajjad, in particular, was incredibly thorough—responding to every single query with clear explanations and often taking the initiative to double-check details without being asked. Their proactive approach and consistent communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

One area that could be improved is the dashboard analytics and reporting. The platform lacks more advanced, intuitive, and easily accessible analytics that would help track attendee behaviour and engagement in real time. More detailed reporting, clearer visualisation tools, and greater flexibility in exporting or customising data would make it much easier to evaluate event performance and draw meaningful insights.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Momina's quick pace to response and problem solving rapidly together with Adnan and the team. We have not seen another tech provider move as quickly as they do. They are very customer friendly & communicative and always do their very best to turn things around as quickly as possible when requested. The platform is straightforward for the end user and relatively straight forward to navigate in the backend for the event owners.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

There is nothing to dislike about vFairs but the platform for us has limitations because our training events are so bespoke; we cannot use the site for more than one type of our events as they would all require a different set-up . There are some changes you can make directly as an event owner but others have to be made by the developer team which can sometimes cause delays.

We needed a platform that offered an easier and simple registration solution for our training attendees.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Thank you so much to the VFAIRS team, but particularly to Yaqshan, who has continually gone above and beyond for our event. It was our first time partnering with a third party for an event for our client, and to be honest, I was really nervous about how everything would work. Yaqshan was there day and night to answer questions from both us and the client side, and nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly polite and always accommodating, even with continually changing requests, which must have been challenging at times. His professionalism, calm manner, and proactive approach made the entire experience smooth, successful, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I can't think of anything in particular - perhaps if we'd had access to the app within our package that would have been helpful!

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have the tech or capacity to be able to run an event with rooms running concurrently so we're able to work with our clients now to offer them something new.
We also make most placement revenue Jan-July so this is something we can do for our clients to still offer them different products and services for marketing in the 'down season' and also diversify our revenue at the same time.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Vfairs was a great tool for our Foodcentric event, which hosted over 150 suppliers/brokers and over 1,000 attendees. Our suppliers thought the app was extremely easy to use for lead captures during the show, and the post-event reporting was exactly what they were looking for. Hamda was excellent to work with and took great care of us during the planning process. Candice did a great job training our suppliers/brokers, and team on how to use the app.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Some of the data isn't clear in the post-event reporting. I think part of that is people using incorrect information when filling out the registration form, and some suppliers not using the mobile app properly.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vfairs made our event's registration process smooth, and the lead capture during our event was critical in making sure our team could follow up on interests gained from their customers during our show. It also provided us with our own custom website to promote the event, automated email campaigns to remind customers about the event, and our custom app to promote the products shown during the show.

For the third year in a row, vFairs served as the platform for NDI’s virtual Disability Owned Convening. Accessibility was the top priority for NDI when selecting a platform for this event. From the outset, vFairs recognized this need and collaborated closely with us to make sure every feature was as accessible as possible. We were truly impressed by their expertise and dedication to accessibility. Furthermore, Ammemah and her team were extremely responsive, demonstrated a deep understanding of the platform, and delivered outstanding customer service.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

We have been using vFairs for the past 6 months, and have run multiple events either using the full platform, or specific features, such as badge printing. Every experience has been fantastic, especially with the help of our Project Manager, Ahmed. Every request that we have made has been completed in a timely manner, even when they are last minute. 

The lead scanning feature worked seamlessly for a large scale event, and the badge printing is relatively simple once you are trained on how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Nothing to note. Depending on how much control you want over the platform, it is helpful to know HTML and CSS, which may not be something that all organisations have in-house, but even if so, the vFairs team are on hand to complete any requests.

Managing large-scale events and creating better customer experiences for attendees.

We appreciate the design of vFairs, and that it feels a bit like an in-person conference for our participants. The system is user-friendly and allows them to navigate seamlessly. The integration with Zoom is fantastic since it's a platform our participants are already familiar with, enhancing their comfort and experience. We also appreciate the the vFairs team—they've been with us every step of the way, demonstrating remarkable flexibility and ability to solve problems swiftly whenever issues arise. Their tech support and development team have proven to be exceptionally flexible, patient, professional, and capable of building a conference platform that works well for our audience, which is a testament to their dedication and expertise.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The only challenge we had was with the logistics of roundtables on vFairs, particularly when it involves having everyone's microphones on during sessions with around 40 participants. This often leads to loud and disruptive background noise, making it difficult for our hosts to be heard clearly. This is the primary tech issue we've encountered with the platform.

I think some parts of the platform can feel a bit erratic—there are occasional formatting mishaps here and there, but nothing too crazy.

They address the challenge of giving customers a simulated conference experience, with most of the bells and whistles you’d typically expect from an in-person event.

I didn't have any problems with vFairs. It was a pleasure to work with the Syed. The software was intuitive and easy to navigate.

vFairs developed a registration and payment tracking system for an annual conference.  The product makes payment and registration easy for managers and attendees.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The ability to make virtual events as connected to the real life in-person feel as possible. Its various networking options, customization of seemingly every aspect is a huge asset. VFairs appears to be a very adaptable platform for almost any type of virtual event. That flexibility is great to know when planning events for the future. What ultimately has been what I have liked best about VFairs is the excellent project manager and customer service I received from every stage of my event. Syed Ahsan Ali is the best person to work with and made this experience the best it possibly could.

From the outset, the platform enabled us to create a dynamic, engaging environment for our attendees. We hosted a variety of sessions, including panels, a career expo with interactive booths, roundtables, and peer-to-peer networking opportunities. The flexibility of the platform allowed us to tailor each component to our needs, and our participants responded very favorably—many noted that this year’s event was a significant improvement over previous years.
One of the standout features was the roundtable functionality. Each table operated as a separate Zoom meeting, which made it easy for small groups to interact. What stands out to me most about vFairs is the level of support they provide throughout the entire process. Their team is extremely hands-on—helping us prepare the environment, staying present during the live event, and assisting afterward with follow-up tasks. Because many of our participants aren’t very tech-confident, having responsive, knowledgeable support staff has been invaluable. 

The platform itself is easy to navigate, even for users with limited technical skills, and the Zoom integration keeps things familiar. The admin dashboard is also pretty simple to use and implement the design and functionality we need.

But overall, it’s the combination of user-friendly design and exceptional pre-, during-, and post-conference support that has made vFairs the right fit for us for the past three conferences.

I used this platform in my previous organization MilitaryToCorp-M2C for running a virtual job fair for transitioning Military Veterans. It is a great platform that gets customized as per the requirement of client. We needed the platform is military and corporate theme, and we got exactly the same from vFairs team. They prepared an easy to use platform for our virtual job fair with we ran on the theme of International Women's Day. It was easy to integrate and had numerous features. Lastly, the customer support was amazing and the team was very supportive.

Even with the added challenges of cruise ship connectivity, they always help us adapt and deliver a great experience.

While vFairs does offer offline capabilities—which is a huge plus for our cruise-based events—those features are somewhat limited compared to the full functionality available online. For example, real-time updates or interactive elements may not work as smoothly without a stable connection. That said, their team is always ready to help us optimize the experience based on our environment, and they’ve made a clear effort to improve offline usability over time.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run multi-day fan events on cruise ships, which come with a unique set of challenges—like spotty internet, lots of schedule changes, and the need to keep guests constantly informed and engaged. vFairs helps us solve all of that by giving us one central app where we can manage schedules, announcements, sponsor content, and more.

It’s helped us stay organized, keep communication flowing, and deliver a smoother experience for both our team and our attendees—even in environments where real-time tech can be tricky.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Our Project Manager Ali Fissam ... He was fantastic to work with. As a career-long litigator in the U.S., using interactive platforms to reach and teach a global audience was not something I was familiar with. Ali took the time to get me up to speed (and it took a good bit of time) and made sure the end product was as strong and user-friendly as it could be. Indeed, we had solid feedback from the participants on the vFairs platform and the content created and shared on it. Plus, we received encouragement from the participants for using the platform in the future because it was a new, exciting way to connect with them. In short, Ali gets a 5-star rating from me. I hope to work with him in 2026.

The only thing I can think of is the intimidation factor for those (like me) who have not grown up with technology like this.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The vFairs platform is structured yet allows for creativity. The gaming features were a great hit with our team members. Best of all, the support in creating our virtual event with our project manager, Ali Fissam, was simply outstanding! Ali was highly knowledgeable and responsive, and very patient with our many team members who were building our platform for the first time. The end product was beautiful and met with the approval of our Brand and Legal teams. Ali was always pleasant and a joy to work with. We would be happy to have him lead the way again for our next vFairs event.

I understand that some of our struggles are already on your roadmap for attention. Had some difficulties with adding and sizing images as well as adjusting the look of the booths to be in sharp focus.

vFairs is a user-friendly event platform that uses fresh and relevant technology, which made our event a huge success! The team we worked with was exceptionally engaged, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We encountered a few hiccups with logins, entering allowances, and tracking points in our QR Code Scavenger Hunt. However, each issue was promptly addressed, and I don’t anticipate them being problems in the future.

Candice and Hamda were absolutely fantastic! From the start, they made me feel welcomed and understood. Some of the tools seemed to be a restrictive, and a little less intuitive for a backend user with little coding abilities. However, the vfairs customer service team seemed happy to help and to try to find workarounds.

As in any endeavor, the people working on the team make all the difference.

Ali Fissam was our Project Manager for the LeadForward Summit 2025. Ali did an outstanding job in supporting us from start to finish. He was prompt in responding to requests, clarified limitations and misunderstandings in an open and honest manner, and very accommodating of updates and changes. He was easy to work with and a pleasure to have as part of our team. 

The vFairs team on the day of the event was attentive and responsive to resolving issues that made the conference flow smoothly.

This is our first LeadForward Summit using vFairs. I can not think of any requirement we had that was not met by the vFairs team.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LeadForward Summit 2025 was our first full day global online conference focused on gathering our global community of mentors and mentees and anyone who values leadership development for people in the workforce through mentorship - 13 hours, 13 sessions, 50+ speakers and team members. We needed a platform that can deliver an interesting and engaging virtual experience to our attendees and participants. vFairs' wide range of virtual environment design options provided the unique conference experience and the integration with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars provided the familiarity to most of the attendees and participants,  allowing us to focus on engaging with each other instead of figuring out how to use the platform.
